To configure iPad to receive and send email on our servers using IMAP and SMTP over SSL, you can follow the steps below. In this manual we are using example domain name and email address, so please make sure to replace:
username@example.com with your email addressyour_server.com with your server's host name (you can find your server's host name listed in the upper left corner of your Control Panel)
1. On your device's home screen, tap Settings.
2. Tap Mail, then Accounts.
3. Tap Add Account and then tap Other.
4. Tap Add Mail Account.
5. In the Name field you should enter the name that would appear on the messages you send.Enter username@example.com in the Email field (replace username@example.com with your actual email address).In the Password field you need to enter the current password for this particular mailbox.In the Description field you need to add a short description of your account in your email client. This name would show up only in your own mail program. You can set a name such as "Work Account", "Sales mail" or your name, for example.
When ready, click Next.6. Tap IMAP.For Host Name in the Incoming Mail Server section use mail.your_server.com (replace your_server.com with your server name).Enter username@example.com in the Username field (replace username@example.com with your email address).The Password field should be filled in for you from the previous screen.
Fill out to the Outgoing Mail Server section.Tap the Host Name field and type in mail.your_server.com (replace your_server.com with your server name).Enter username@example.com in the Username field (replace username@example.com with your email address).In the Password field enter the current password for this particular mailbox.
When you are done, tap the Next button at the top of the screen.
7. If you have an active Internet connection, the software will verify your settings by connecting to the server.
8. Your device will show the IMAP screen next. Make sure Mail is set to ON and Notes to OFF. Tap the Save button.
9. Tap your newly added account under Accounts.
10. Tap on your account on the next screen as well (under the IMAP section).
11. Tap Advanced.
12. Make sure that Use SSL is set to ON, and that the Server Port is 993. Type INBOX (all caps) for IMAP Path Prefix.
13. While on this screen, scroll back up to the Mailbox Behaviours list. From here, you can configure Mail to synchronize its Drafts, Sent and Deleted mailboxes with the corresponding IMAP folders on the server. To do so, tap on the folder that you would like to configure.
14. On the following screen, tap on the desired folder on the server.
15. Tap the back arrow (< Advanced) at the top left corner of the screen to return to the previous screen, then again tap on back arrow (< Account) button there. Tap on Done at the top right corner. Your email account is now successfully configured.
You can add additional email accounts by repeating the same procedure.

You can add more email accounts by repeating the same procedure.
