Traceroute

The Traceroute section of the Control Panel is used to run a traceroute command from the server your account is on to another IP address or host.

To use the feature, you need to:

1. Type desired IP address or domain name in the Hostname or IP address: field.
2. Click on the Go button.

The traceroute results will be displayed below.

By default, the IP address listed in the Hostname or IP address: field is the IP address you have logged into the Control Panel from. If you use this IP address, you will see the connection between the server and your location.
