We have a brand new software installation platform that allows our clients to quickly and easily install some of the most popular applications with a single click. We call this platform App Installer, and it's the latest addition to our ever-growing portfolio of useful tools and features. Read on to find out more about our new platform.

What is App Installer?

App Installer is our own web platform for installing applications on a hosting account with a single click. To use it, clients should simply go to the hosting Control Panel > App Installer, choose the application they want to install, fill in the necessary details, then click Install. That's it!

What applications are available for installation?

At the moment App Installer gives clients the option to install the following applications:

• Moodle
• Drupal
• Joomla
• OpenCart
• PrestaShop
• Nextcloud
• Website Builder

Why no WordPress?

As you may have noticed, there is one glaring omission from the above list, and it's the most popular application - WordPress. There is one very good and simple reason why WordPress is not available for installation via the App Installer platform. We have a whole section dedicated to WordPress in the Control Panel. From there users can not only install WordPress, but also perform various WordPress management tasks such as changing the WordPress URL, creating staging environments, generating and importing backups, and many more!

Any chance for other applications making it to App Installer?

Yes, there's every chance that we'll add some new applications in the future. In fact, we already have some in the works, but we'll make the announcement when the time comes.

We hope App Installer will help even more people start a new web project. The selection of software available for installation has been carefully considered to allow as many users as possible to get online with as little effort as possible. Starting a web project, be it a simple personal website, a blog, or an online shop, just got much easier!
