Management

Online stores are created through the ICDSoft Account Panel -> "Online Stores" -> "Management" section -> "Create a new store" button where you will need to enter the following basic settings for your online store: Brand name Hosted storefront address Main currency Contact email After you create your store, you will be redirected to the Main Settings tab where you can configure additional settings of your store. Please refer to the Main Settings help section for more information. You can have more than one online store. For example, if you have several websites where you accept orders from customers, you could manage the orders more easily if you know which site/store they come from. Note: If you registered for a reseller account through the WordPress plugin, your online store will be created and configured automatically.

The Online Stores -> Management section allows you to create new or view and manage existing online stores. The existing online stores will be presented in a list with their base settings, and you can manage them by using the buttons in the Actions column. Clicking on the Edit button for your store will present you with the following tabs: Main Settings allows you to manage the main settings of your store (brand name, main currency, contact email address, API settings, etc.). Products Catalog allows you to view and rearrange the products you will resell on your store as they will appear on your order pages. Prices allows you to set your own prices and enable/disable products for your store. Payment Processors allows you to add and manage the payment methods for your store. Notification Settings allows you to enable/disable and customize the renewal reminder emails for your store. Storefront Translations is the place to modify the content of your hosted online store. Download Widget contains general information about the widget and a download link, so you can implement your online store to your existing website. WordPress Plugin contains general information about our reseller WordPress plugin, so you can implement your online store to your existing WordPress website.

You can manage the settings for an already created store through the Management screen -> Edit -> Main Settings tab. The settings are split into three subsections: General Settings You can manage the following settings of your store through the General Settings subsection: Brand name allows you to view and change the brand name of your hosting company, so your customers can recognize you more easily. This name will be used on your website and any notification messages sent to your customers. Hosted storefront address allows you to view and change the URL of your hosted storefront. Main currency allows you to select the main currency for your online store. Contact email allows you to view and change the contact email address for your store. URL in notifications allows you to view and change the store URL in the notifications (renewal, custom order links, etc.) sent to your customers. The options here are: Hosted will lead your customers to your hosted storefront. Hosted with your domain/subdomain will lead to your hosted storefront at your custom domain/subdomain. NOTE: This setting will appear only if you are using the hosted storefront with the "Custom domain/subdomain" option and its setup has been completed (both icons next to your custom domain/subdomain must be green). Self-hosted will lead your customers to your self-hosted storefront where the widget or WordPress plugin is installed and properly configured. Widget/WordPress URL is used to define the location of your widget/WordPress plugin, so your customers can place orders through the self-hosted storefront on your website. Hosted storefront settings The hosted storefront is enabled by default for all online stores and is configured to work at a generic web address, prefixed by a STORE_BRAND subdomain, where STORE_BRAND is the Hosted storefront address prefix specified in the General Settings of your online store. You can enable or disable the hosted storefront of your online store using the Enable website setting. You can manage the following settings of your store through the Hosted storefront settings subsection: Custom domain/subdomain allows you to use your own domain or subdomain name as hosted storefront. Enable website allows you to enable/disable the hosted storefront. Payments test mode allows you to test API calls between your store and payment processors (sandbox environment) without conducting real payment transactions. Currencies allows you to enable/disable currencies on your hosted storefront and change their display order. Languages allows you to enable/disable languages on your hosted storefront and change their display order. Default language allows you to choose the default language for your hosted storefront. Custom Logo allows you to upload a custom logo that will be displayed on your hosted storefront. Custom stylesheet allows you to add custom CSS code to your hosted storefront. Using a Custom domain/subdomain with the hosted storefront You can get the hosted storefront working on your own domain or subdomain by adding few DNS records. To see the exact DNS records that you need to add, click on the Custom domain/subdomain info icon at the Management screen -> Edit -> Main Settings tab for your online store. After you add the necessary DNS records, please allow several hours for the DNS records to propagate globally.  After that you need to type your domain/subdomain in the Custom domain/subdomain field and click the Save button at the bottom of the page. As part of the setup, your custom domain/subdomain will be added to the Apache configuration on our end, and a Let's Encrypt certificate will be issued for it. You will have to allow some time (usually between 5 and 15 minutes) for the setup to complete. Once this is done, both icons will turn green, and your domain/subdomain will appear as the selected "URL in notifications" option in the "General settings" section. API settings You can manage the following settings of your store through the API settings subsection: API active allows you to enable/disable access to the API for the widget/WordPress plugin. Disabling the API access will deactivate your self-hosted store. API security allows you to choose the authentication security to access the API. You can choose between Authentication key and HMAC security. Order auto processing allows you to enable/disable automatic order processing for your store.

The Products Catalog tab allows you to manage, rearrange, and configure the products available in your online store. Product description and configuration You can view a detailed description of each product available in your online store by clicking on its name in the tree on the Products Catalog tab. The product description and all configurable options for the particular product will be presented on the right side of the screen. The Display Name option is configurable for all products in the catalog. All products will be listed in your online store under their display names. Most products also have a Max period option. It controls the maximum period for which a product can be ordered. This includes both the initial order and subsequent renewal orders; for example, if you set the "Max period" of a hosting plan to 5 years and an account on that plan expires in 2 years, it will be possible to renew it for maximum 3 additional years. Domain names, in particular, cannot be registered for periods longer than 10 years. The Reset button changes the value of the configurable option back to its default value. You can save the changes with either the Apply or the Apply to all button. The difference between the action of these two buttons is that the Apply button will save the changes only for the product you are currently editing, and the Apply to all button will save the changes for all products in the same product group. Product groups A product group contains several related products. For example, a "Business" plan in the US-based data center is in the same product group as the "Business" plan in the Hong Kong-based data center. Applying changes to a particular product group allows you to change the characteristics of all related products at once. You also have the option to edit a particular product independently of its related products. For example, you can rename all hosting plans named "Business" by applying the changes to the "Business" product group, and then edit the "Max period" of each one by applying the changes only to the particular product. At the bottom of the product description, you can quickly reach the price management options for that product and its product group using the Prices button. Enabling/disabling products If you wish to enable/disable products in your online store, you can do so by toggling their Active status on the Prices tab. Product arrangement on your order pages You can modify the product arrangement on the order pages of your online store on the Products Catalog tab by dragging and dropping products to your desired position in the catalog. The topmost hosting plan in the catalog will be selected by default for visitors that access your order page directly. It is also possible to change the display order for the additional services available for a given product by clicking on the triangle icon on the left side of that product and using the drag-and-drop method for the additional services. Make sure that you save your changes by pressing the Save order button.

The Prices tab allows you to view and manage the prices that will be displayed on your storefront, and also to enable and disable products from the Products Catalog. The displayed table contains several columns: Path - lists the product the row applies to. Purpose - shows whether the price is configured for an initial order ("Order") or for renewing an existing subscription ("Renewal"). Location - physical location of the servers on which the product is available, if applicable. For example, the location is relevant for hosting plans, but not for domain registrations. Period (non-editable) - the period for which the price applies. Base price (non-editable) - this is our (ICDSoft's) base price for the specific product. Base price (in store currency) (non-editable) - this is the base price converted to the main currency of the store. Price you pay (non-editable) - this is the reseller price that you (the reseller) are paying us (ICDSoft) for the specific product. This is the base order price with our promotional or your reseller discounts (whichever is bigger) applied to it. Profit (indirectly editable) - this is the profit you will make on each sale of the particular product. The profit is the difference between Store price and Price you pay. Store price (editable) - this is the price that will be shown on your website and that your customers will have to pay you for the particular product. Increasing this price will increase your Profit. Active (editable) - this setting allows you to enable/disable products in your online store. Modifying prices You can modify multiple prices quickly and easily using the calculator controls above the table on the Prices tab. The filter field (with the magnifying glass icon) allows you to select only the products you want to update. All currently applied filters are listed in this field. Note that clicking on the links in the first few columns of the table will also add relevant filters automatically. The rest of the controls can be used to apply similar changes to the prices of all selected products: The first drop-down menu and the Amount field next to it allow you to set the same fixed price for the selected products, or to modify their current prices by a certain percentage or fixed amount. Using negative values in the Amount field will decrease prices accordingly. The next drop-down menu lets you choose on which price the calculation will be based: Store price - this is the price you set for products in your store. Base price (in store currency) - this is the base price of the product converted to the main currency of your store. Price you pay - this is the reseller price you pay us, with all relevant promotional and reseller discounts applied. The Round to dropdown can be used to set the fractional part of your store price to a fixed amount. The Calculate button updates the Store price according to your selection. The Base Prices button sets the value of the Base price as the Store price for the selected products. The Reset button reverts any unsaved changes. The Save button saves the modified prices, and the new ones will be used on your online store. For example, if you want to increase all listed prices with 20 percent, you need to set the drop-down menu to Change by percentage, enter 20 in the Amount field, press the Calculate button, and finally press the Save button. Important: If a change in the Base Price of an item occurs and you have calculated the prices in your store based on a percentage, the Store price will not be automatically updated after the change. You will need to manually re-calculate and save the Store price item after each update of its Base price. Setting different prices for multiple periods By default, prices for multiple periods are calculated by multiplying the price for the default period by the number of periods in the order. For example, the price for ordering a hosting account on a shared plan for three years will be three times the one-year store price for the hosting plan. If you want to set different prices for different periods (for instance, if you want to create a discount that applies to two-year orders, but not to one-year orders), you should enable the Manage All Periods & Their Prices option. This will allow you to manage the prices separately for each period, up to the maximum configured for the product. Note that if you do that and you change prices for different periods, disabling the option Manage All Periods & Their Prices will cause all prices for more than one period to again be calculated automatically based on multiplication of the default period. This option takes effect only for the current online store. Fine-grained control over prices for grouped products If you want to set different prices for the same product in different product groups (for example, if you want to offer free .ORG domain registrations with a particular hosting plan but not with other plans or other top-level domains), you can enable the Extended View checkbox. This will cause all prices for all product groups to be displayed, and you will be able to filter them further and modify only the ones you want. The change will take effect for all online stores in your account. Enable/disable products You can enable or disable products for your online store by toggling their Active status on the Prices tab.

On the Payment processors tab, you can set which payment processors will be available in your online store. Note that to choose a payment processor, you must have created your own account at this specific provider. On the Payment processors tab, you would need to supply your Merchant/Billing ID with the specific payment processor. The Offline payment method allows you to provide specific instructions to your customers as to how they must pay to you. With this processor, your customers will see a page with instructions. You need to enter these instructions in the Info box. For example, you could provide instructions on how customers can send you money over a bank-wire, or another off-line payment method such as a check, postal, or money order. General Information The Online Stores section can be easily configured to accept payments on your behalf, and it can then process these orders automatically. It is important to note that when payments are processed with our system, they do not go through us - they are directly deposited in the account of your choice. We receive a notification of this transaction, but no fees or commissions. Supported payment processors Below, you can find a list of the payment processors that we currently support. To be able to accept payments online through the site widget, you need to have an active business/merchant account with at least one of the available payment processors. PayPal If you don't have a PayPal account already, you can sign up for a Business account at PayPal's sign up page. When creating the account, you can skip over the Payment Setup screen, as the shopping cart and checkout process will be handled by our widget. Note: if you are using a Personal PayPal account, you will only be able to receive payments from clients with PayPal accounts. In order to accept credit card payments from clients without PayPal accounts, you will need either a Business or a Premier PayPal account. To add your PayPal account as a payment method, navigate to the Payment Processors tab and click the Add New button. In the pop-up window, select PayPal from the Processor drop-down menu. You should then enter: The Display name of this payment method. The display name will be the name assigned to this payment method on your store, and it will be visible for your site's customers when they finish their order. Your PayPal account's email address in the Email Address field. The currency of your PayPal account. Generally, PayPal would accept payments in one currency only, and by setting it, the currency conversions would be done by our system, so that the proper amount and currency is sent to the PayPal server. Your PayPal API Client ID and API Client Secret which you can obtain from the Dashboard of your Business PayPal account. More details on obtaining these API credentials are available on PayPal's website. Although, these settings are optional at the moment, and you should be able to receive payments without a configured PayPal API Client ID and API Client Secret, PayPal may make them obligatory at any point to make sure customers use the latest order processing method available. For this reason, we would recommend that you configure your PayPal API Client ID and API Client Secret to ensure the proper operation of the PayPal payment processor on your online store. 2Checkout To use 2Checkout to accept payments, you need to sign up for an account at 2Checkout's sign up page. To add your 2Checkout account as a payment method of your store, navigate to the Payment Processors tab and click the Add New button. In the pop-up window, select 2Checkout from the Processor drop-down menu. You should then enter: the Display name for the payment method. The display name will be the name assigned to this payment method on your store, and it will be visible for your site's customers when they finish their order. your 2CheckOut Merchant code number in the Account Number field. The 2CheckOut Merchant code is listed in the interface of 2Checkout.com -> Intergrations -> Webhooks & API -> API section. your secret word in the Secret Word field. The secret word is the Instant Notification Service (INS) secret word listed at 2Checkout.com -> Intergrations -> Webhooks & API -> Secret Word section. Instant Payment Notifications You can set up your 2Checkout account to submit a notification to our system of any successful payments and/or refunds. This is done by specifying the proper Endpoint URL at your 2Checkout account -> Intergrations -> Webhooks & API -> INS Settings -> Endpoint list. The Endpoint URL that you should add: https://api.suresupport.com/postback/2CheckOut ePay.bg To use ePay.bg to accept payments (BGN only), you need to submit a registration at ePay's registration page. You need to sign up as a Legal Entity, and then to follow their procedure to become a merchant. Once your merchant account is set up, you can add ePay.bg as a payment method for your store, from the Payment Processors tab of your Store -> Add New -> Select ePay.bg from the Processor drop-down menu. Also, you need to enter: The Display name for the payment method. The display name will be the name assigned to this payment method on your store, and it will be visible for your site's customers when they finish their order. Your ePay.bg customer number. Your secret key. You can find both your customer number and your secret key on the Personal Data screen at your ePay.bg account. The desired invoice prefix. Also, you can set up the proper URL for payment notifications. This is done in your ePay.bg account, at the Personal data -> Trade data section. The URL for receiving notifications should look like https://your-website.com/hosting-widget/postback (replace with the correct URL of your widget). Note: The ePay.bg payment processor supports payments only in Bulgarian Leva (BGN). If your store is using another currency, then once the customer is directed to ePay.bg to submit their payment, the amount will be automatically turned into BGN, according to the current official exchange rate. Authorize.Net If you have a merchant account with Authorize.Net, you could set up your site widget/order form to accept payment through it. You can add Authorize.Net as a payment method for your widget by choosing Authorize.Net when adding a new payment method through your store settings -> Payment processors tab. When adding Authorize.Net, you need to submit the following information also: the Display name for the payment method. The display name will be the name assigned to this payment method on your store, and it will be visible for your site's customers when they finish their order. API Login ID. It is provided by Authorize.Net, and you can find it in your Authorize.Net account -> Account -> Settings -> API Credentials & Keys. Transaction Key and Signature Key. They are needed for the encryption of the response from the Authorize.Net server. You can create your keys at your Authorize.Net account -> Account -> Settings -> API Credentials & Keys. the currency of your Authorize.Net account. This setting would assure that no errors regarding supported currencies would occur. Currency conversions would be done by our system, and the customer would be sent to the Authorize.Net server with the proper amount and currency set. Documentation on working with Authorize.Net can be found here. More information on the Signature Key feature is available here. Note about Sandbox/Test mode: When you are using Test mode in our settings to connect to the Authorize.Net Sandbox, you must make sure that the Sandbox is set to Live mode (your Authorize.Net account -> Account -> Settings -> Test mode). This setup would not lead to real transactions - as you would be using the Sandbox. You could also use the Test Mode at Authorize.Net. In this case, you should turn off Test mode in the settings on our side, so that you connect to your real Authorize.Net (and not the Sandbox). Given that the account at Authorize.Net is set to Test Mode, then no transactions would occur - just the connectivity to their servers would be tested. Stripe Using Stripe as a payment method allows your customers to pay quickly and securely on your widget form, without being forwarded to the site of the payment processor, as it is with other supported processors. The customer enters their credit card details directly on your order form and see the result of the payment attempt on the same page. Still, no credit card data is recorded on our side - the software generates a token on the fly, which is then sent to the Stripe server over a secure channel. To add Stripe as a payment method for your widget, you need to choose it when adding a new payment method through your store settings -> Payment processors tab. You need to submit the following information: the Display name for the payment method. The display name will be the name assigned to this payment method on your store, and it will be visible for your site's customers when they finish their order. Email address - this would be the email address of your Stripe account (Stripe login) Secret Key and Publishable Key - you can obtain them from your Stripe account -> Account Settings -> API Keys. Documentation on working with Stripe can be found here. Note about Test mode: Your Stripe.com account should contain two pairs of keys on the API keys page - Test keys and Live keys. Using the test keys and setting the Stripe account in Test mode will allow you to perform test payments. To be able to accept real payments, you should set the Stripe account in live mode on their side; also, set the Live keys in your widget settings, as well as set the payment method in Live mode on our side. PayU.com (South America) If your reseller business is established in South America, in a country supported by PayU, then you can use the PayU payment services to accept payments from your customers. When you add PayU as a payment method for your store, you need to enter the following information: the Display name for the payment method, visible on your hosting order form, API Key, Account ID, and Merchant ID, which can be obtained from your PayU account. You can find documentation on working with PayU on their website. Note: The PayU payment service not work properly on your storefront for countries outside South America. PayDollar When you add PayDollar as a payment method for your store, you need to enter the following information: the Display name for the payment method, visible on your hosting order form, Merchant ID - you can obtain it from your PayDollar account. You can find documentation on working with PayDollar on their website. Braintree If you have a merchant account with Braintree, you could set up your site widget/order form to accept payment through it. You can add Braintree as a payment method for your widget by choosing Braintree when adding a new payment method through your store settings -> Payment Processors tab. When adding Braintree, you need to submit the following information: Merchant ID, Private Key, and Public Key are all available on the home page of your Braintree account. You can also find them by clicking the gear icon in the top-right corner and going to API. Account ID is the Merchant Account ID and it differs from the Merchant ID. You can find more information here. Account Currency - Braintree will use your home currency by default. Please make sure to specify the currency set up in your Braintree account. Note that if your online store currency is different from the Braintree account currency, we will automatically convert the currency for you. Braintree won't send IPN responses by default. We have set up our system to listen for IPN responses, but you will need to enable them through your Braintree account. You can do that through the gear icon in the top-right corner -> API -> Webhooks. More information on the available webhooks is available here. Test mode The Test Mode allows you to test the API calls between your store and the payment processor, without conducting real payment transactions. If you turn the Test mode option on for any of the payment methods for your widget, you will be using the sandbox environment of the selected payment processor. To connect successfully to a sandbox environment, besides setting the Test Mode to ON in the reseller panel, you also need to switch your site widget to test mode. This is done by adjusting the following line in the /app/config.php file of your site widget: 'test_mode' => false, to: 'test_mode' => true, When 'test_mode' is set to true in the /app/config.php file, then the widget will display all your payment processors which are currently in Test Mode. When 'test_mode' is set to 'false', then the widget will display only the processors that are set to be live, and will not display payment processors in Test Mode. You can find out more about PayPal's Sandbox here, and about 2CheckOut's Sandbox here. Additional processors/landing page You can also add other means of payment by selecting Offline from the Processor drop-down menu. With this processor enabled, your customers will be redirected to a static page, which is meant to display instructions how they can pay to you. This method is meant to be used to handle cash payments, bank transfers, or even money order services such as Western Union. You can simply enter the additional instructions to your customers in the Info text field. Such instructions could be your bank account details, or how a money order could be submitted to you.

The Notification Settings tab allows you to manage the renewal reminder settings, view the renewal reminder schedule, and edit the renewal reminder emails sent to the customers of your online store. Renewal reminders work on store level. Thus, for an account to be able to receive the automatic renewal reminders sent by the system, it has to be attached to an online store, and renewal reminders for that store have to be enabled. The automatic renewal reminders we send follow a predefined schedule that depends on the type of product, its billing cycle, and days until its expiration. There are also three customizable templates for the renewal reminders that allow you to send a different reminder before the service expires, on its expiry date, as well as after it expires. Renewal reminders overview Our system supports automatic and manual sending of renewal reminders for services (hosting accounts, domain registrations, SSL certificates) managed in an online store. You can create and manage your online stores via the Online Stores section. Automatic renewal reminders follow a predefined schedule that depends on the type of product, its billing cycle, and days until its expiration. You can see the predefined schedule at the Notification Settings section for your online store. There are three customizable renewal reminder templates which allow you to send a different reminder based on the status of the expiring service - before the service expires, on its expiry date, as well as after it expires. Each renewal reminder template contains some generic text that can be modified to your preference. We also generate and provide a renewal payment link in the reminder sent to the customer. Along with the automatic renewal reminders sent by the system, you can also send manual renewal reminders. You can see what notifications have been sent automatically by the system at the Notification History section. Renewal reminder settings Here is an explanation of each setting in this section: Enable renewal reminders - this setting allows you to enable/disable renewal reminders for the particular store. Send me a copy of the renewal reminders - enable this setting if you want to receive a copy of each renewal reminder sent by the system. From display name - the string that will be used as a From name in the renewal reminders. From email address - the email address that will be used as a From address in the renewal reminders. You can either use the contact email address for the particular store, or use the auto-generated system email address for the store. Renewal reminder schedule This section shows the renewal reminder schedule for each hosting service. There are also links that allow you to configure the renewal reminder templates. The system sends three types of reminders, and there is a template for each type - before service expiration, on expiry date, and after service expiration. Click on the template you want to customize, and you will be taken to the Customize Store Emails page where you can edit the particular template. Customizing reminder templates You can customize your renewal reminder templates from the Account & Clients > My Account > Custom Templates > Customize Store Emails section. There are three generic reminder templates defined in the system: Renewal reminder before expiration Renewal reminder on expiry date Renewal reminder after expiration To view and customize a template, simply select it from the drop-down menu, and you will see all of its properties. You will be able to edit the template's subject and body, adjust the date format, translate the available strings, as well as see and use the available template tags. When you are ready with the customization, you can use the Preview button to preview the template. To save your custom template, click the Update template button. You can always restore the default template via the Reset to default template button. Manual renewal reminders You can easily send manual renewal reminders to your customers. These reminders use the templates that can be customized via the Account & Clients My Account > Custom Templates > Customize Store Emails section. For example, to send a manual renewal reminder for a hosting account, go to the Hosting Resources > Hosting Accounts section, click on More under Actions on the right, and then on Renewal reminder. On the Send renewal reminder window, you will see the service the reminder is about, its expiry date, the online store it is managed in (renewal reminders are available only for services in an online store), and its recipient(s). You can preview the reminder that will be sent via the Preview button. To send the renewal reminder, click the Send button. You can send manual renewal reminders for domain registrations and SSL certificates as well. The process is the same as with sending renewal reminders for hosting accounts.

The Storefront Translations tab allows you to modify the texts of your hosted storefront pages and add new languages and translations. To modify the translations/texts of your self-hosted (widget/WordPress plugin) storefronts, please refer to the Using a customized translation section in the Widget documentation for additional details. Customizing your hosted storefront Your hosted storefront pages are divided in elements (translations), so to change the content of one page, you may need to change the content of several elements (translations). You can manage the content of your hosted storefront translations through the Storefront Translations tab. The structure of your hosted storefront pages is listed in the Hosted storefront pages and their structure help section. The translation content supports HTML and inline CSS. You can also use Bootstrap classes to change the content structure and design as the hosted storefront uses Bootstrap. The translation filter allows you to find page elements (translations) that you wish to modify more quickly. Hosted storefront pages and their structure The following elements are displayed on all your hosted storefront pages: Site header (site_footer) - By default, it displays your store logo/brand name, language and currency drop-down menus, shopping cart link, and a navigation menu. Site footer (site_footer) - By default, it displays your store name and links to your About us, Contact us, Terms, and Privacy pages. Here is a list of the available hosted storefront pages and their structure excluding the site header and footer: Home page (https://example.com/) Header (headers|home) is the top editable section of the main content. Footer (footers|home) is the bottom editable section of the main content. Plans page (https://example.com/plans) Header (header|plans) is the top editable section of the main content shown above the Plans form. Plans form shows the plans offered in your online store. The texts in the form are edited independently as they are used in multiple pages. In example, you can edit the hosting plan group titles in the plan_group|shared, plan_group|vps, plan_group|app, and plan_group|server translations. Footer (footer|plans) is the bottom editable section of the main content shown under the Plans form. Order page (https://example.com/order) Header (header|order) is the top editable section of the main content shown above the Order form. Order form shows the main order form of your online store. The texts in the form are edited separately as they are used in multiple pages. In example, you can edit the text of the "Add to cart" button in the btn|add_to_cart translation. Footer (footer|plans) is the bottom editable section of the main content shown under the Order form. Domains page (https://example.com/domains) Header (header|domains) is the top editable section of the main content shown above the Domain form. Domain form shows the domain ordering form of your online store. The texts in the form are separately as they are used in multiple pages. In example, you can edit the text of the "Check" button in the btn|check translation. Footer (footer|domains) is the bottom editable section of the main content shown under the Domain form. Certificates page (https://example.com/certificates) Header (header|certificates) is the top editable section of the main content shown above the Certificates form. Certificates form shows the certificate ordering form of your online store. The texts in the form are edited separately as they are used in multiple pages. In example, you can edit "SSL certificate" title inside the form in the heading|ssl_certificate translation. Footer (footer|certificates) is the bottom editable section of the main content shown under the Certificates form. Cart page (https://example.com/cart) Header (header|cart) is the top editable section of the main content shown above the Cart items. Cart items shows the current items in your shopping cart. The texts in the shopping cart are edited separately as they are used in multiple pages. In example, you can edit the "Your shopping cart is empty." text when the cart is empty in the cart_empty translation. Footer (footer|cart) is the bottom editable section of the main content shown under the Cart items. About us page (https://example.com/about-us) Header (headers|aboutus) is the top editable section of the main content. Footer (footers|aboutus) is the bottom editable section of the main content. Contact us page (https://example.com/contact-us) Header (headers|contactus) is the top editable section of the main content. Contact details (store_contacts) displays your contact details on the left side of the Contact form. Contact form shows a contact form that allows your hosted storefront visitors to contact you. The texts in the form are edited independently as they are used in multiple pages. In example, you can edit the "Message" text in the label.message translation. Footer (footers|contactus) is the bottom editable section of the main content. Terms page (https://example.com/terms) Header (headers|terms) is the top editable section of the main content. Footer(footer|terms) is the bottom editable section of the main content. It shows the terms of use text by default. Privacy page (https://example.com/privacy) Header (headers|privacy) is the top editable section of the main content. Footer (footer|privacy) is the bottom editable section of the main content. It shows the privacy policy text by default. System-wide variables available for use  System-wide variables start with the colon symbol (:) and can be used in all elements (translations) of your storefront pages. You can use the following system-wide variables in your translations: :store_name, :store_title, :store_currency, and :store_contact_email will be replaced respectively with the hosted storefront address prefix, brand name, currency, and contact email of your hosted storefront as you have defined them in the Main Settings of your store. :url_home, :url_plans, :url_order, :url_domains, :url_certificates, :url_cart, :url_aboutus, :url_contactus, :url_terms, and :url_privacy will be replaced with the respective links to the Home, Plans, Order, etc. pages of your hosted storefront.  Using the translation filter You can filter the displayed translations by the following criteria: Language allows filtering by language using the two-letter language code. Path allows filtering by the name of the translation. Content allows filtering by the content of the translation that is displayed on your hosted storefront. Tag allows filtering by tags. The available tags are divided in several categories: Importance of the translation  - Main (main page texts) and Extra (notices, form texts, etc.). Status of the translation content - New (newly added translation) and Modified (translation content that is different from the original). The Modified tag is also a button that allows you to insert the original translation text in the Content field of the specific translation.  Additional languages The default supported languages for your hosted storefront are English and Bulgarian. You can add more languages by clicking on the New Language button from the Storefront Translations tab of your store management screen. There you should input the following information: Two-letter code - This code will be appended to the URL of your hosted storefront, when the visitor changes the language. For English, ?lang=en will be appended to the page URL. Language label - This label will be displayed in the language drop-down menu on your hosted storefront. You can enable/disable languages on your hosted storefront with the Languages options in the Hosted storefront settings from the management screen of your online store. Copying translations between online stores You can clone languages (and all their translations) between your online stores by using the Clone Language button from the Storefront Translations tab. A pop-up will appear on your screen allowing you to select the languages that you wish to clone and the store where the selected languages will be cloned.

Once you have a store set up and ready, you can download the site widget from the Download Widget tab. It will contain a ZIP archive that you need to extract in a web accessible folder. Note: The widget requires version PHP 5.6 or greater. Placing the widget on your website You have already downloaded widget.zip via the Download widget tab. Now you should upload the archive to your web files and extract its content to a subdirectory of your site's web root. Then you can visit the web address of the widget. If your site's web root is /home/user/www/www, and you installed the widget in /home/user/www/www/hosting, your widget's web address would be http://your_website.com/hosting. The page of the widget includes examples of the Hosting order and Domain search pages. The Embed code section is the place from which you can copy embed code and place it on a new or an already existing page. The added code will embed the widget page to your own page. The Embed code section is visible only when the store is set to run in test mode via this setting in the /app/config.php file: 'test_mode' => true, Adjusting the terms of use on your order form You can create your own Terms of use page (e.g. terms.html) and add a link to it on your order page. Once you have prepared your Terms of use page, open your custom translation file (/app/language/en.php, /app/language/fr.php, etc.). Find the terms_agree variable, and replace the hash symbol (#) used as href attribute with the link to your Terms of Use page: 'terms_agree' => 'I have read and will abide by the <a href="http://your_website.com/terms.html" target="_blank">Hosting Terms of Use</a>', Save the changes to apply the new settings. Using a customized theme Go to the directory where you installed the widget and navigate to /public/theme. Create a new directory with the name of your new theme, e.g. /public/theme/aqua. In the /aqua directory, create a new directory named css. Navigate to /public/theme/dark/css and copy widget.css to /public/theme/aqua/css. Open /public/theme/aqua/css/widget.css and edit the CSS file accordingly in order to modify the layout of your widget pages. To enable the new theme for a widget page, edit your embed code and enter the name of your new theme (e.g. aqua) as data-theme attribute: <div id="hosting-widget" class="hosting-widget" data-theme="aqua" data-widget="order"></div> <script src="/hosting/js/embed.js" type="text/javascript"></script> You can use a different theme for each separate widget page. Using a customized translation From the widget's installation directory, navigate to /app/language, copy en.php, and paste the file in /app/custom/language. Edit the texts in /app/custom/language/en.php in order to customize the texts visualized on your website pages. If you want to add a new language, rename en.php so that it corresponds to the new translation. For example, you could name the file fr.php for a French translation. Edit fr.php accordingly so that the standard texts are replaced with their translation in French. When you are ready, go back to the widget's installation directory and navigate to /app. Open config.php and find the locale variable. Replace the currently used translation (i.e. en) with the new one: 'locale' => 'fr', Save the changes to activate the new translation. To modify the translations of your hosted storefront, refer to the Customizing your hosted storefront help section for additional details. Extending the functionality of the Widget using PHP hooks The hosting widget contains a file named app/custom/hooks.php. It contains stub implementations of the currently supported event hooks. If you want to run custom PHP code whenever one of the supported events is triggered, you should edit that file. Hooks can be enabled with the enable_custom_hooks option in the configuration of your widget. You should add the following line to the configuration array to enable them: 'enable_custom_hooks' => true, After that, the custom hooks defined in the hooks.php file will be executed whenever the events they are defined for are triggered. For example, if you want to receive an email whenever an order is placed or a payment is received, you can do this with the following PHP code in hooks.php: <?php return [ 'order_created' => function($order, $input = []) { mail('your.email.address@example.com', 'Order created', "Order created hook called\n" . var_export($order, true)); }, 'payment_received' => function($payment, $input = [] ) { mail('your.email.address@example.com', 'Payment received', "Payment received hook called\n" . var_export($payment, true)); } ]; This code will send you the data submitted in the order by email. You should replace your.email.address@example.com in the example with your actual email address. Extending the functionality of the Widget using JavaScript callbacks If you want to run custom JavaScript code whenever the widget forms are loaded, you can do so with a JavaScript callback. It should be configured with a data-callback attribute on the HTML element that contains the form. Here is a sample implementation of the JavaScript callback function that is called when the order form of the hosting widget is loaded: <!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> <meta charset="utf-8"> <title>Hosting Widget Test</title> <script> function custom_widget_callback() { console.log('Custom widget function called with the following arguments:') console.log(arguments) } </script> <script src="/hosting/js/embed.js" type="text/javascript"></script> </head> <body> <div id="hosting-widget" class="hosting-widget" data-theme="light" data-widget="order" data-callback="custom_widget_callback"></div> </body> </html> The data-callback="custom_widget_callback" attribute of the div element containing the form tells the widget to execute the custom_widget_callback() function when the form is loaded. This example will just create a console log entry that it has been executed. API call and debug logs For debugging purposes, or if you simply want to log the API calls, you can enable logging by editing the /app/config.php file. All you have to do is uncomment the respective line: 'log' => BASE_DIR . '/storage/logs/api.log', 'debug' => BASE_DIR . '/storage/logs/api_debug.log', The api.log and api_debug.log files will be automatically created. Using multiple storefronts You can create and use multiple storefronts for a single online store quite easily. You can have one hosted storefront and an unlimited number of self-hosted storefronts using the widget and WordPress plugin. This will allow you to resell your online store products through multiple websites (each with its unique storefront - design, content, languages, and currencies), and all the orders will be listed under one online store.

The WordPress Plugin tab provides information on installing the ICDSoft Reseller Store plugin to your WordPress website and using it. Installing the WordPress plugin You can install the ICDSoft Reseller Store plugin through your WordPress Dashboard -> Plugins > Add New, search for icdsoft, and install the plugin. Alternatively, you can download the ICDSoft Reseller Store plugin from WordPress.org and install it manually. Placing order forms on your website Once you have installed and activated the plugin, you can add order forms on your website by adding short codes directly in your WordPress posts/pages. Supported shortcodes The following shortcodes are supported: [hostingorder] places a hosting order form on your post/page. It allows visitors to order hosting plans that are enabled for your online store, and register a domain with the hosting plan from the TLDs enabled for your online store. You can find the full list of TLDs that we offer and you can resell at https://www.icdsoft.com/en/domain-pricing-list. [domaincheck] places a domain check form on your post/page. It allows visitors to check the availability of domains from the TLDs that are enabled for your online store. [certificates] places an SSL certificate order form on your post/page. It allows visitors to order any of the commercial SSL certificates enabled for your online store. [plan_info plan="Product Name" location="Data Center"] displays a table with detailed information for a specific product. The Product Name can take one of the following values – economy, business, business-plus, economy-sureapp, business-sureapp, firstclass, or firstclass-ultimate. Data Center can take one of the following values – eu, us, or hk. For example, the following shortcode will display a table with the characteristics of the Economy plan at the Neterra (EU) data center: [plan_info plan="economy" location="eu"] [compare_plans location="Data Center"] displays a comparison table of the hosting plans for the specified data center. Data Center can take one of the following values – eu, us, or hk. For example, the shortcode below shows a comparison table of the hosting plans activated at the CenturyLink (US) data center: [compare_plans location="us"] The number of plans displayed per row is controlled from the Settings menu of the plugin. The default value is "3".  Connecting the plugin to your online store Existing resellers that have manually created their online store would have to connect to it by entering its Authentication Key and HMAC Secret at the plugin’s Settings menu. You can obtain the Authentication Key and HMAC Secret for your online store through the ICDSoft Account Panel > Online Stores > Management > Edit (for the store in question) > Main Settings > API settings. Your online store would be connected automatically if you signed up for a reseller account through the Welcome screen shown upon activating the plugin.
